I was able to print tables before, now I can't. What gives? |
| Chances are that you were able to print tables when you had a single descent/ascent waypoint pair. Voyager selects your variance point for you in that situation. If you have a multi level dive, you have to select the variance point yourself. To do this, just right click on the point and choose Set as Variance Point. | |

Why does my upgrade key change every time I try to upgrade? |
| The key is designed to change every time. You should upgrade to Voyager 2000 if possible. If not, and you are attempting an email unlock, then follow the instructions located under the email unlocking button on the Upgrade window. | |

What is a floating point error? |
| Voyager attempts to handle numbers internally by respecting the Regional Settings of your computer. This error may appear if the stored settings are different than the regional settings allow. You can either reset your configuration for the current Regional Settings, or change your Regional Settings to match your current configuration. | |

What is the difference between Mixed Gas and Advanced Mixed Gas? |
| The only difference between Mixed Gas and Advanced Mixed Gas is the depth maximum allowed. Mixed Gas is valid to 400ft and Advanced Mixed Gas is valid to 1000ft. If you are not planning any dives deeper than 400ft, the Mixed Gas version will suffice and will also run faster. | |

What does "Unable to connect to the unlock server" mean? |
| Voyager is attempting to unlock your software, but is unable to contact the unlocking server. This could be because you are not connected to the internet, or you may be behind a firewall that is not allowing you to communicate with the server. Check for the existence of either of these two conditions then try again. | |
